MLB: Royals to win - 1 Unit (+100) - Lost - -1 unit

MLB: Mariners -1.5 - 1 Unit (-105) - Win - 1 unit

Yesterday’s free plays went 1-1.

Royals to win (+100) – Kansas City never had a chance against Cleveland’s Slade Cecconi, who flirted with history by carrying a no-hitter into the 8th inning. Michael Massey finally broke it up with a leadoff single, but by then the Guardians were already in cruise control. Cleveland piled up a season-high 16 hits with seven doubles, including a four-double, six-run barrage in the 4th inning off Ryan Bergert. The 10-2 win not only handed us the L, but also moved the Guardians past KC in the AL wild-card chase.

Mariners -1.5 (-105) – Seattle delivered in dramatic fashion with a 4-2 comeback over the Cardinals. Trailing 2-0 after Alec Burleson’s homer, the M’s flipped the game in the 6th when Leo Rivas sparked a rally with a gritty nine-pitch walk. Julio Rodríguez tied it with an RBI single, and Josh Naylor came through again with a go-ahead two-run double. Naylor even stole third and scored on a sac fly to push the lead. Bryan Woo gave up just two runs in six innings before the bullpen slammed the door, with Andrés Muñoz locking down his 33rd save
