Sports Corner Daily’s Results Yesterday’s Recap
Check out a quick recap of our FREE plays from yesterday. ⤵️
Wednesday 10/1/2025: 2.11 Units
✅ MLB: Yoshinobu Yamamoto over 6.5 strikeouts - 1 Unit (+111) - Win - 1.11 units
✅ MLB: Tanner Bibee over 5.5 strikeouts - 1 Unit (-135) - Win - 1 unit
The Guardians kept their season alive with a 6-1 win over Detroit in Game 2, and Tanner Bibee gave us exactly what we needed. The rookie’s outing started with some traffic, allowing two baserunners in the first, but he dug in and struck out three straight to escape the jam. From there, Bibee leaned on his swing-and-miss stuff to finish with six strikeouts over 4 2/3 innings. It wasn’t the longest start, but the tone he set in the opening frame paved the way to cashing the Over 5.5 strikeouts and our first winner of the day.
The Dodgers punched their ticket to the NLDS with an 8-4 win, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto gave us everything we needed. After a shaky first inning, the rookie right-hander settled in by retiring 13 straight and then delivered his signature moment in the sixth. With the bases loaded and no outs, Yamamoto struck out Sal Stewart and Elly De La Cruz back-to-back to escape the jam and push him past his strikeout number. He finished with a postseason-high nine Ks across 6 2/3 innings on 113 pitches, cashing our Over 6.5 strikeouts in style before walking off to a standing ovation at Dodger Stadium.

Jake Tonges over 25.5 receiving yards
Analysis:
Short week + a depleted 49ers WR room = funnel targets to the TE. With George Kittle out, Jake Tonges has been the primary receiving tight end (12 receptions, 125 yards, 2 TD through four games) and just posted 58 yards last week… [Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...
NCAAF: Sam Houston St. vs New Mexico St. - 1 Unit (-115) - 9:00pm ET
Against the Spread - 👈 Click to get more info on tonights match up
New Mexico St. +2.5
Analysis:
Sam Houston has been overwhelmed to start the season, losing all four games while giving up nearly 43 points per contest. Their offense has sputtered with Hunter Watson struggling to generate consistency, and that leaves little margin against a New Mexico State team that’s at least shown some balance… [Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...
