Diving into our FREE plays from July 4th through yesterday, starting on Independence Day, where the Minnesota Twins completed a comeback 4-3 walk‑off win over the Rays. Harrison Bader hit his second homer of the game - a solo shot in the ninth - to seal the victory, capping a rally after falling behind. Later that night, the Detroit Tigers opened the series with a 2-1 win over Cleveland. A second-inning homer by Spencer Torkelson provided the only offense, while Tyler Holton, Will Vest, and others combined for a one-run shutout after Casey Mize set the tone.

On Saturday, The San Francisco Giants took down the Athletics 7-2. Logan Webb delivered 6⅔ innings allowing two runs, while Willy Adames had a monster game with three hits and four RBIs. The bullpen closed it out, helping snap a mini-skid. The Detroit Tigers edged Cleveland 1–0 thanks to Casey Mize’s masterful seven innings allowing one run on four hits, complemented by Spencer Torkelson’s solo homer. The bullpen shut the door, and Cleveland extended its losing streak to nine.

Yesterday, the Tampa Bay Rays broke through with a thrilling 7-5 extra‑innings win over the Minnesota Twins in Minneapolis. Yandy Díaz delivered the go-ahead RBI double in the 10th, scoring José Caballero who advanced on a wild throw, and Junior Caminero added an insurance run via sac fly. Jonathan Aranda had three hits and two RBIs, while Taylor Walls homered and Drew Rasmussen and the bullpen held strong for the victory. The Detroit Tigers completed a sweep of the Cleveland Guardians with a 7-2 win in extra innings. Tarik Skubal was brilliant, striking out 10 over seven scoreless innings. After Cleveland scored in the eighth, Detroit tied it on a wild pitch, then exploded in the 10th - Trey Sweeney hit a three-run homer, and Riley Greene added a two-run shot, with Chase Lee and Carlos Hernandez closing it out.

Under 8.5

Analysis:

The Pirates recently had an impressive streak of six straight home wins, during which they scored 43 runs while allowing only 4, including three shutout victories against the Cardinals, showcasing their dominance at home. However, this winning streak was abruptly halted when they traveled to Seattle and suffered three consecutive losses. Additionally, the Pirates are on a streak of six straight games ending with fewer runs than projected total "under".  This aligns with the Royals' reputation for low… [Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...

Under 7.5

Analysis:

Texas's .231 batting average against left-handed starters shows just how much they struggle offensively against lefties, while the Angels’ recent .222 average over six games also shows they've been dealing with some offensive struggles recently. It's not going to help matters that they have a long flight back from Toronto. Texas has their Ace DeGrom on the hump who has an impressive 1.69 ERA over his last five starts. Angels are riding with Kikuchi who has a stellar 1.12 ERA at home which shows he's been…[Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...
