Check out a quick recap of our FREE plays from yesterday. ⤵️
Tuesday 08/26/2025: -.4 Units
✅ MLB: Angels vs Rangers Over 8.5 - 1 Unit (-140) - WIN - +1 unit
❌ MLB: Cubs to win - 1 Unit (-140) - Lost - -1.4 unit
Lets dive a little deeper on our two picks from yesterday starting In Arlington, the Texas Rangers rolled to a convincing 7-3 win over the Los Angeles Angels, built on Patrick Corbin’s eight shutout innings where he gave up just three hits, walked one, and struck out eight. The offense wasted no time - Corey Seager reached 20 homers with a solo shot, Michael Helman crushed a two-run blast, and Kyle Higashioka added another long ball, pushing the Rangers to an early 6-0 lead. Texas edged back to .500 on the season, while the Angels continue to slide.
Next, the San Francisco Giants snapped a home skid with a solid 5-2 win over the Chicago Cubs at Oracle Park. Justin Verlander finally notched his first win at home as a Giant, pitching six strong innings with two earned runs, five strikeouts, and two walks- marking a rare bright spot in an otherwise tough stretch at home. Wilmer Flores opened the scoring with a solo homer in the second, Rafael Devers added a go-ahead bloop single, and newcomer Matt Chapman capped the scoring with a two-run jack in the sixth. Heliot Ramos chipped in three hits including a clutch RBI double, while Ryan Walker locked down his 12th save to seal the win.

Mariners to win
Analysis:
We like the Seattle Mariners in Wednesday’s matinee against the Padres. San Diego did manage to escape with a win last night, but it came in shaky fashion after nearly coughing up a 5-0 lead, and that kind of collapse exposes how vulnerable this team really is. Now they send out Yu Darvish, who has been in a downward spiral, struggling with command and giving up hard contact far too often. That’s a tough recipe… [Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...
MLB: Philadelphia Phillies vs New York Mets - 1 Unit (-130) - 7:10pm ET

Over 8.5
Analysis:
We like the over 8.5 tonight when the Phillies visit the Mets. Philadelphia turns to Taijuan Walker, whose surface-level ERA of 3.44 doesn’t tell the full story; his 4.77 FIP and elevated 1.40 HR/9 suggest regression, especially against a Mets lineup that’s been swinging the bats well at home. On the other side, Nolan McLean is a live arm with swing-and-miss stuff, but he’s still raw with only two big-league… [Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...
