Now, let's recap yesterday’s FREE selections starting in the MLB where the Boston Red Sox secured a 4–2 victory over the Chicago White Sox at Fenway Park, effectively covering the -1.5 run line. Walker Buehler delivered a standout performance, pitching seven innings with nine strikeouts and allowing just one run. Offensively, Rob Refsnyder contributed his first home run of the season, while Trevor Story went 3-for-4, and rookie Kristian Campbell added a two-run single. The White Sox struggled with runners in scoring position, going 0-for-10, and their starter, Jonathan Cannon, dropped to 0–3 after yielding four runs over six innings .
In NBA playoff action, the Detroit Pistons defeated the New York Knicks 100–94 at Madison Square Garden, resulting in a total score of 194 points, which fell short of the 220.5 over/under line. Cade Cunningham led the Pistons with 33 points and 12 rebounds, while the team capitalized on the Knicks' offensive struggles, including a seven-minute stretch in the third quarter where New York scored only four points. This isn’t just a one-off explosion either; we’ve been riding the team total overs for Grizzlies opponents for months, and there’s little reason to veer off course now. The Thunder enter Game 2 with fresher legs after coasting through the second half and resting key players, while Memphis remains a defensive mess—a trend that’s plagued them since January. Tampa to win
Analysis:
The Tampa Bay Lightning enter this postseason with redemption on their minds after back-to-back first-round exits, including last year’s five-game defeat at the hands of the Florida Panthers. That series saw Tampa drop the first two games in Sunrise by just one goal each, despite competitive efforts. Now, with Game 1 set on home ice… [Click here to get the Full write up on this bet]...
